Features of our new Ultimate Air/Oil Separator include:

• All billet aluminum CNC construction of every component, for maximum form & function. Rather than use generic components from someone else’s parts bin, every component of the Ultimate AOS is designed for your Lexus.
• New MAGNETIC mounting system. The AOS canister is attached with a magnet, so removal for cleaning is EXTREMELY EASY, no bolts, hardware, or tools required!
• New dipstick for checking oil level. You don’t even have to open the canister to check oil level, simply unscrew the dipstick and check the level.
• Unique billet CNC machined inner swirl generator creates a high velocity swirl pot resulting in efficient coalescence of oil droplets on the wall of the billet canister. This design is super-efficient, and unlike other Air/Oil separators on the market does not require packing the canister with a mess of mesh (as used on other AOS designs). Cleaning is super easy, just spray the canister with some de-greaser, and re-assemble.
• STANDARD billet secondary PCV valve. Yes, your car already has a PCV valve, but we have found that the OEM PCV Valve, which is nearly impossible to replace without removing the intake manifold, often starts to leak on higher mileage cars (typically above 70,000 miles). Malfunctioning PCV leads to excess injection of blow by gasses, and in many cases reduction in long term ignition correction, known as the “KCLV” factor that the ECU uses to determine ignition timing. Our billet PCV valve has effectively increased KCLV values on many customer cars experiencing lower power, hesitation, and knock correction issues.
• Genuine Fragola/Parker blue rubber hoses look great and are extremely oil and fuel resistant.
