Our “R2” coilovers have been a huge hit in the Lexus community for the past 3 years, but never leaving well enough alone, we have been hard at work listening to feedback from our customers and making our coilovers even better. Allow us to introduce the RR Racing “R3” coilovers. For the first time, we are able to offer a coilover suspension that is 100% custom manufactured to our specifications and requirements, without compromise. Our R3 coilovers offer the following improvements and features:

  • Ultra Digressive shock piston technology (see attached chart). Digressive piston valving allows us to achieve relatively stiff shock settings at low shock speeds, and relatively soft settings at high shock speeds. This means that the car will feel extremely responsive during cornering, but compliant when hitting bumps. Also, changes in shock settings will mainly affect the cornering response of the car rather than the harshness when hitting bumps.
  • Swift springs available in wide range of CUSTOM spring rates tailored to how YOU drive your car, we can do anything from street comfort to track setups.
  • Lighter weight compared to R2 coilovers, approximately 2-3lbs lighter per shock, depending on application.
  • Adjustable shock dampening with a wide range of adjustment for meaningful changes in the ride and handling characteristics of your Lexus.
  • Every coilover leaving our shop is pre-set for optimal lowered ride height, only minor adjustments are necessary upon installation
  • We also offer one-on-one consulation at no additional cost – If you have any doubts on what spring options to order, please call us prior to placing your order to talk to one of our suspension experts.

We highly recommend to install our Ultimate Steering Response Product (USRS) in conjunction with this suspension to improve your steering response (offered as an option to this product)

As a loyal RR racing customer who owns two Lexus F cars, I've already purchased four sets of coilovers from RR.  Compared to the R2, I feel the R3 has made a significant improvement. It elevates the car’s handling to another level, and I haven’t noticed any noise during driving. Additionally, its wide adjustment range allows for easy tuning to suit my driving style and road conditions. The installation process was very straightforward, and the fitment is great.

The factory suspension and handling of the Lexus F cars have some shortcomings, and RR’s products have greatly compensated for these deficiencies. My car is equipped with RR's race USRS, engine mount, transmission mount, UCA, and coilovers, and I am very satisfied with the handling. I appreciate RR’s dedication of time, effort, and research to the Lexus F cars.

I installed the coilovers. Install was super easy.  The best thing is the performance.  The performance is great without sacrificing ride quality.  I would highly recommend these coilovers to anyone with the Lexus F Badge.
