IS-F is a great performing car, but this is a great product for folks who want to match its sound to its performance! We came up with the idea for this upgrade when we watched the videos of our shop IS-F on the track. It was faster than most cars on the track, but you could hardly hear the IS-F passing by. Besides adding four aggressive oval tips in the back (real welded tips), when system is installed onto a Borla to replace the Borla's mufflers, it retains the large Borla resonator and replaces mufflers with dual muffler-less quad tips, loud system above 2500rpm, but tolerable below, with very aggressive and intoxicating exotic sound. Our full cat-back is an improved Borla. This system is a true dual exhaust -- it is constructed from 2.5" stainless steel tubing with two round resonators instead of one flat Borla to improve flow and sound. This exhaust is made in the USA, and fitment is second to none. We have seen a 25-35hp gain with our full exhaust. These tips may touch and burn the bumper a little. You may cover the edges around the tips with a temperature resistant tape. However, if you are very concerned about burning the bumper paint even a little, the only solution is to use OEM tips. Please watch the following video comparing our Borla options: Please note that the Quad Tip Upgrade options are more tucked in than shown in this video. This is how an IS-F with headers sounds like with our Bazooka exhaust:
