Whether your stock ISF/RCF/GSF transmission mount is worn/torn, or you are just looking to upgrade your transmission mount, we now have the solution for you! The stock mount, although effective at reducing drivetrain vibrations, is extremely soft and allows the engine/transmission to pitch upward and downward by up to 1/2"! Our transmission mount virtually eliminates this movement and gives you that "connected" feel between your drivetrain and your chassis, especially noticeable under hard braking and track conditions.
Based on our testing and experience with other aftermarket mounts on the market, both our rubber and polyurethane mounts transmit less vibration than any other mount available. That said, we caution our customers that increased vibration may be felt, particularly at idle and in Drive while pressing the brake pedal.
Please consider purchasing our transmission mount in combination with our engine mounts. The purpose of our transmission mount is to support and eliminate pitching of the drivetrain, NOT specifically to reduce engine rotational movement. Those mounts that reduce engine rotational movement at the transmission result in forces on the transmission case that it was not designed for, potentially leading to long term cracking of the case!
Two versions are available -- Racing and Road&Track. Race has energy suspension polyurethan bushing and R&T rubber bushing. Both feel similar and virtually eliminate drivetrain pitch, however our Race version is approximately 15% stiffer for more aggressive street & track applications.
We recommend replacing worn or high mile OEM engine mounts when upgrading the transmission mount (see suggested add-on product). The transmission mount is not intended to reduce engine movement. Excessive engine movement due to worn mounts may prematurely wear the transmission mount.
Please note, this product increases vibration and harshness of the transmission mount.
